Bollywood actors have again showed some of their best acting skills and brought some of the best character to life on screen. Some inspired us, some made us question our own beliefs and society. 1. Ranveer Singh as Murad in Gully Boy.
Ranveer Singh, the source of insane amount of energy was so calm physically and he let his eyes do most of the talking. I thought Bajirao was his best work and then Ranveer brought Murad to life in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy.
2. Ayushmann Khurrana as IPS Officer Ayan Rajnja in Article 15.
Ayushmann’s film selection has always overshadowed his acting skills. Now people always expecting something fresh and unique from him and it’s called Ayushmann Khurrana genre now. The actor’s performance in Article 15 is one of his finest work. I would rate it more than Bala.
3. Shahid Kapoor as Kabir Singh in Kabir Singh .
Shahid Kapoor’s character was hated in the film by many creating much controversy and that’s because Shahid was so good with his character. Controversial yet entertaining and breaking records at box office, Shahid again proved that he is a great actor.
4. Vicky Kaushal as Major Vihaan Singh Shergil in Uri : The Surgical Strike.
The film is one of the top grossing films of 2019 and Vicky looked convincing as a Major. His hard works and versatility shows here but it does feel a little overrated compared to his other performances but he still makes it above than many others.
5. Hrithik Roshan as Anand Kumar in Super 30.
I wanted to say War because Hrithik is made to give that action pack performance and looking good in every frame, but the last scene in Super 30 when Hrithik cries steals the show even though His good looks comes in the way for us to believe in the character. .
6. Manoj Bajpai and Sushant Singh Rajput in Sonchiriya.
The film didn’t do very well at the box office at least not as good as it gets the reviews from critics but the performances of Manoj and Sushant were much appreciated. Manoj Bajpai is always going to making the list of best actors, but this time Sushant also proved his caliber.
7. Akshay Kumar as Havaldar Ishar Singh in Kesari.
When Akshay Kumar takes a break from doing comedy and small budget films on social issues, he still makes sure to deliver a good performances. Kesari opened to positive reviews and Akshay Kumar received much love for his acting skills.
8. Akshaye Khanna as Tarun Saluja in Section 375.
Akshaye Khanna is one of the finest and most underrated actors of Bollywood. In Section 375, Akshaye again reminds audience and critics about his acting skills.
9. Rajkummar Rao as Raghuvir Mehta in Made In China.
Rajkummar has given better performance than what he did in Made in China, but like Vicky Kaushal in Uri, he again stands out and above than many others by playing Raghuvir Mehta in Made In China paired with Mouni Roy.
10. Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Pushpinder Tyari in Motichoor Chaknachoor.
Just like Manoj Bajpai, Nawaz is also making sure he delieves the performances which makes audience list him in top 10 actors every time. Nawaz’s comic timing with Athiya Shetty in the film is much appreciated.
